The word MODS® is short for Modular On Demand Structures. We are a Wisconsin based corporation formed for the development of modular housing structures to be used for emergency housing or other buildings in a disaster or other need for relief. My construction company worked in Hurricane Katrina several years ago. Because of our knowledge and living in emergency conditions, I developed the method to convert large cargo shipping containers into structures people can seek immediate shelter in and live for a long period of time. MODS® is patent pending protected and is a registered trademark. Our custom modular structures can be used for emergency housing, temporary housing, man camps, modular housing, container homes, hurricane housing, or FEMA Housing Units.
